全氟丁基磺酸钾阻燃PC热分解动力学研究

摘    要:采用Kissinger法、Friedman法和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法三种动力学方法研究了全氟丁基磺酸钾(PPFBS)阻燃聚碳酸酯(PC)体系的热分解动力学。由这三种方法计算得到的动力学参数十分吻合,表明PPFBS的加入使PC热分解活化能提高,改变了PC的热分解途径,提高了PC的阻燃性能。

Abstract:The thermal degradation kinetics of halogen-free flame-retarded PC (FRPC) by potassium perfluo- robutane sulfonate (PPFBS) were studied by means of Kissinger Method,Friedman Method and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa Method.The data obtained by the mentioned 3 methods tallied with each other,which showed the addition of PPF- BS enhanced the thermal degradation activation energy,changed the degradation route of PC and improved the flame retardance of PC.
