沥青混合料水稳定性改善研究

摘    要:水损坏是沥青路面早期破损的主要原因之一,直接关系到路面的使用性能。本研究对不同消石灰掺量的沥青混合料开展水稳定性试验,确定最佳消石灰掺量为1.3%;对采用基质沥青、掺加抗剥落剂的沥青进行黏附性试验对比分析,发现掺加抗剥落剂的沥青与集料的黏附性更佳。在条件允许的情况下,建议采用掺入消石灰和抗剥落剂的双重措施来保证含酸性集料沥青混合料的水稳定性。

Abstract:Water damage is one of the main causes of early asphalt pavement damage,which is directly related to the performance of pavement.In this study,the water stability test is carried out for asphalt mixture with different content of hydrated lime,and the optimal content of hydrated lime is determined to be 1.3%.Adhesion test of matrix asphalt and asphalt with anti-stripping agent is compared and analyzed,and it is found that the adhesion between asphalt with anti-stripping agent and aggregate is better.In situations where conditions permit,it is suggested to adopt the double measures of adding hydrated lime and anti-stripping agent to ensure the water stability of asphalt mixture with acid aggregate.
