纳米晶铂钴永磁合金的研究进展

摘    要: 介绍了铂钴永磁合金的相结构及磁性能,并分析了磁性能与相结构的关系;概述了铂钴合金的制备方法和其典型的永磁性能,对比了国内外铂钴永磁材料的研究进展情况。最新的研究结果表明,铂钴永磁材料为软磁相和硬磁相耦合的微结构,因此铂钴永磁合金为研究纳米晶交换耦合机理提供了一个理想的模型。

Abstract:The phase structures and magnetic properties of Pt Co alloys were introduced, and the relationship between them was analyzed. The preparation processes and typical magnetic properties of Pt Co alloys were summarized. The research status for Pt Co permanent magnet alloys was discussed. The latest research showed that the Pt Co alloy is one of the few systems where coherence can be reached between the lattices of the hard and soft magnetic phase. So the Pt Co system offers the possibility of using it as an almost ideal model system for studying the mechanism of exchange coupling between nanoscale grains of the magnetically hard and soft phase leading to remanence enhancement.
