| 摘 要： | 用于海上采油平台的液压抽油机采用闭式回路,在主油泵进、出口油路上各设1组蓄能器,下行时将能量储存到蓄能器中,上行时蓄能器释放能量,与主油泵一起提升油井载荷,达到功率回收和节能的目的;另外,采用独特的全液压式换向控制回路,将液压缸放置在井口以下的工作筒内,可利用设置在油缸内筒上的“行程孔”来采集活塞到达上下终位的信息。该液压抽油机的液压站结构紧凑,占地面积小,适用于面积受限的海上采油平台。海上采油平台液压抽油机的研制成功并将工艺成熟的有杆抽油方式应用于海上采油,可大大延长油井免修期,降低综合成本,提高经济效益。

| Abstract: | A hydraulic pumping unit for use in offshore oil production platform is developed. This unit adopts a closed-type circuit, and provides a set of accumulator in the inlet and outlet oil circuits of the main oil pump respectively to realize energy storage in the lower stroke and energy release in the upper stroke. The design features, operating principle and main technical parameters of the unit are introduced, and its performance characteristics are expounded. |
