玉米胚和糁空气动力学特性

摘    要:通过实验测得在玉米干法加工中,胚和糁在不同粒径和水分条件下,悬浮速度关于重量的相对百分比分布。在此基础上建立了悬浮速度模糊子集及其隶属函数。通过对该子集模糊度和贴近度的计算和分析,得出如下结论:胚的悬浮速度的不确定性大于糁;胚和糁粒径变化对悬浮速度的影响均大于水分的影响。运用该子集建立了胚和糁在不同粒径和水分条件下悬浮速度的模糊变换器,并进行了预测和实验验证。

Abstract:Distributions of the terminal velocities of corn germ and grits, vs the weights, with different size and water contents in dry milling, are measured. Fuzzy sets and memberships of the terminal velocities are put forword. Through the caculation and analysis of the fuzziness and nearness of the fuzzy sets, the following conclusions are obtained: the uncertainties of germ terminal velocities are larger than grits'; the effects of sizes of germ and grits on the terminal velocities are more than water contents. The fuzzy transfers of the terminal velocities are put forword, by using of the fuzzy sets. The prediction and experimatal verification are made.
