富氧底吹造锍捕金工艺研究

摘    要:采用富氧底吹造锍捕金工艺处理复杂含铜、高砷金精矿,以提高金、银的回收率,减少废水、废渣的排放。研究影响造锍熔炼过程中金、银走向和在冰铜中富集程度的因素,并调整造锍熔炼工艺指标,降低炉渣中有价元素的损失。

Abstract:Gold was collected in matte from refractory gold concentrate with copper and high arsenic bearing by oxygen enriched bottom blowing smelting to improve gold and silver recovery rate and reduce discharge of waste water and residue. The effects on distribution of gold and silver in matte and slag, and enrichment degree of gold and silver in matte were investigated. The technical index of matte making was adjusted and the loss of valuable metals in slag was reduced.
