含裂纹锻造三通管有限元计算及安全评定

摘    要:针对某直型锻造三通管长380 mm、深10 mm的表面裂纹经过打磨及补焊处理后仍无法完全排除其内部存在类似尺寸裂纹的情况,需进行应力分析及强度评定。为此,建立锻造三通管的三维模型,利用有限元计算软件ANSYS进行应力计算,得到了工作状态下其应力的分布状况,确定了结构的危险区域,用JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》规定的方法校核了该锻造三通管的强度,并应用GB/T 19624—2004《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》规定的方法,对其继续使用的安全性进行了评定,结果表明,该锻造三通管经过打磨及补焊处理后仍存在安全隐患。

Abstract:Aiming at the surface crack with 380 mm length and 10 mm depth in a forging trifurcated connector that was polished and jointing repaired,and the similarity size crack would still exist,stress analysis and intensity assessments was necessary for stress analysis and strength verification.A 3D model was built up according to the feature of object structure of study,using 3D finite element software ANSYS to calculate the stress.And a distribution of stress of wok state was obtained to confirm the dangerous was.According to the rule specified in JB 4732—1995 Steel Pressure Vessels Analysis Design Standards,the intensity was tested.According to the rule of GB/T 19624—2004 Secure Assessment of the Using Pressure Vessels with Crack,the security assessment was done for continual use.The resulted indicate that hidden trouble still exists.
