| Abstract: | The economic decision and evaluation for the project decision of housing maintenance and renovation is focused on.The concepts and characteristics of total cost and housing maintenance costs are studied.The decision and evaluation methods of total cost and input output analysis for housing maintenance and renovation are set up. The discriminatory principles of economic benefit to repair or rebuild in housing improving project are establised and evaluation cases are presented. |
