茯苓边角料开发利用的实验研究

摘    要:利用单因素实验研究从茯苓边角料中提取茯苓多糖的适宜方法,结果显示茯苓边角料中多糖提取的适宜方法为碱法。在单因素实验的基础上利用响应表面实验设计考察碱法提取过程中碱浓度、提取时间和料液比的一次、二次及其交互作用对茯苓边角料多糖提取的影响,得到以多糖提取量为指标,碱浓度、提取时间及料液比为变量的二次回归数学模型:Y=-18,539+70,016X1+13,908Z2+0.0629X3-30.875X1^2-1.138X2^2-0.00063X3^2-1.5X1X2+0.15X1X3+0.00917X2X3。获得了碱法提取的适宜碱浓度0.6mol/L、提取时间6h及料液比1:150。

Abstract:To optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from leftover bits and pieces of Poria Cocos processing. Boiled water extraction, supersonic extraction and dilute basic solution were used to extract polysaccharides from leftover bits and pieces of Poria Cocos processing. The result shows that the technology of dilute basic solution is more reasonable and the extraction rate is higher . The Responsible surface experimental design was used to study the extracting condition and of dilute basic solution method. The extracting conditions could be recounted by follow equation: Y=-18.539+70.016X1+13.908X2+0.062 9X3-30.875X12- 1.138X22-0.000 63X32-1.5X1X2+0.15X1X3+0.009 17X2X3.The optimum extracting conditions were NaOH 0.6 mol/L, 6 hours, materials/solution 1:150.
