| Abstract: | The text points out the quality problems curently existing in the engineering construction. The text also gives out passes and means of improving qualities from two aspects specially. One of them is to put TQM in practice, improving qualites and ensuring the system soundly. The other is to set up high quality projest, changing the challenge of quality into chances of development for the company. |
