| Abstract: | the characteristics and structures of glucoamylase were introduced. Research progress in Saccharomyces cerevisiae genetic engt neering strains including glucoamylase gene and high efficiency expression and secretion of glucoamylase were explained. In addition, the research direction and development trends were put forward. |
