摘    要:针对钛合金深槽开槽加工效率较低的问题,对TC4钛合金深槽进行插铣开槽试验研究,并对其已加工表面形貌、切屑形态、刀具磨损及切削效率进行了分析。结果表明:插铣加工表面粗糙度较大,铣刀的端面刃为主切削刃,刀具磨损主要发生在铣刀的端面刃。对于钛合金深槽的开槽加工,插铣加工切削过程平稳,具有比层铣更高的切削效率。

Plunge Milling Deep Groove of TC4 Titanium Alloy
Abstract:Based on the low efficiency of slotting titanium deep groove,experimental study on the deep groove of TC4 titanium alloy was carried out.The surface topography,chip morphology,tool wear and machining efficiency were analyzed. The results show that the surface roughness of plunge milling is relatively bigger than that of layer milling.The main cutting edge of the milling cutter is the face edges,so wear mainly occurred on the face edges.The plunge milling process was sta-ble,with a higher efficiency than layer milling when machining deep groove of titanium alloy.
