高精煤新技术研究

摘    要:本文是在实验室内采用较温和的条件,即以氢氟酸(HF)和F—酸为浸取剂,对煤烟A进行连续分步脱灰和混合酸脱灰研究,实验结果表明在适当的条件下可以得到灰分为0.5%或更低的高精煤产品;同时,通过对烟煤A在不同脱灰率下灰分的组成分析,结果表明烟煤A在脱灰后所得高精煤的灰分(A)与其所含的硅、铁元素重量总和(x)呈线性关系;通过对烟煤A脱灰前后红外波谱的分析,表明它们的基本有机组成不变。

Abstract:Bituminite A is deashed under moderate conditions with hydrof- luoric acid or F-acid separately or mixed acid of hydrofluric acid and F-acid. The ash of the product of high-refined coal could be reduced to 0.5% or lower under proper conditions; the ash composition analysis before and after deashing process indicated that the ash of high-refined coal was a apparent linear relationship with the total contents of silicon and iron re- mained in coal. The basic organic groups of the high-refined coal were less affected after or before deashing process by IR analysis.
