摘    要:利用能量分布特征提取方法和优化BP神经网络,提出一种基于小波变换和神经网络的刀具状态监测系统,利用该系统对四种刀具状态进行估计,结果与实际情况基本一致,证明该系统对于估计刀具状态是有效的。

Abstract:Characteristics of energy distribution and better BP neural network are used in this paper, a system of tool condition monitoring based on wavelet and neural network is introduced, and four kinds of tool condition are estimated by this system , The experimental results show it is effective to monitor tool condition.
