| 摘 要： | 为提高紫铜风口前帽产品的力学性能，提出采用塑性加工方法对其铸造预制坯进行局部成形，通过有限元分析和模拟，给出了合理的预制坯形状尺寸和模具结构，并根据生产实际，设计了风口前帽锻件局部成形模具，经生产实际验证，取得良好效果。
