摘    要:以MCM-41为载体负载Na2CO3制备Na2CO3/MCM-41型酯交换催化剂,用于催化大豆油制备生物柴油。并研究了催化剂用量、反应物的摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对该反应的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件是n(甲醇)∶n(大豆油)=16∶1,催化剂用量为大豆油质量的3%,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为3 h条件下,酯交换转化率可达35%以上。

Abstract:The preparation of biodiesel oil from soybean oil was investigated by transesterification using Na2CO3/MCM-41 as solid catalyst that took MCM-41 as carrier to charge Na2CO3.Effects of the amount of catalyst,the molar ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and time on reaction were studied.The results on reaction showed that the optimal reaction conditions was that n(methanol) ∶n(soybean oil)=16 ∶1,catalyst amount was 3% soybean oil quality,the reaction temperature was 60 ℃,reaction time was 3 h,ester exchange conversion rate is up to 35%.
