管道工厂化预制在连续重整装置的应用

摘    要:对于大型石油化工装置,传统的管道施工方式存在现场施工技术难度大、施工质量不易保证及施工工期长等缺点。管道工厂化预制可以有效提高管道施工质量,缩短管道施工工期,减少高空作业风险。通过某连续重整装置大口径反应油气管道工厂化预制的实例,展示了管道工厂化预制的优势。通过工厂化预制,将393 m DN900铬钼合金钢管道分56个管段预制交货;预制对接环焊缝一次合格率97%;全部管段工厂化预制在45 d内完成;现场切割、焊接、检验、热处理等施工量减少近70%。最后阐述了管道工厂化预制在实施过程中应注意的问题,并强调需进一步完善相关设计、施工、验收标准,使石油化工装置管道工厂化预制规范化。

Application of piping factory prefabrication for continuous catalytic reforming unit
Abstract:For the large petrochemical units,the conventional piping construction has the disadvantages of being difficult in site construction,unstable in quality and long in construction.Whereas,the factory prefabrication of piping can effectively improve the piping construction quality,shorten the piping construction schedule and minimize the risks of high-air operation.Through a case study of factory prefabrication of the large diameter oil vapor line of reactor for a continuous catalytic reforming unit,the advantages of factory prefabrication of piping are demonstrated.393 meters of DN900 chromium molybdenum alloy steel piping are divided into 56 pipe sections and delivered during precast prefabrication.97% of precast prefabrication butt welds are on specifications,and all piping prefabrications are completed in 45 days.The site cutting,welding,inspection,heat treatment and other construction work are reduced by about 70%.Some precautions of the piping prefabrication in the implementation process are described.To solve the existing problems of pipe prefabrication,further design,construction and acceptance standards need to be further improved so as to standardize the prefabrication of petrochemical plant piping.
