对二甲苯生产装置吸附分离塔管道的设计

摘    要:对二甲苯是重要的芳烃产品,是聚酯工业的基础原料。在进行管道工程设计阶段,吸附分离塔的管道布置又是装置管道设计的核心部分。以某对二甲苯生产装置为例,对Eluxyl吸附分离工艺中吸附塔设备的特征、吸附分离构架设计特点等相关要素进行了介绍,着重阐述了吸附分离塔10路敷塔总管、120路敷塔分支管、24路床层连通管和2路泵-塔循环管的布置特点。指出了吸附分离塔关键管道布置的重点、难点和注意事项,以期对后续同类装置的设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:Paraxylene (PX) is an important aromatic product used by polyester plant as feedstock.In the piping design,the piping layout of adsorption tower is the core part of the unit.In a case study of an operating PX unit,the essentials of the adsorption tower's equipment and design characteristics of adsorption tower structure,etc of the Eluxyl process are introduced.In addition,the arrangement characteristics of adsorption tower's header line of 10 streams,tower branch line of 120 streams,bed connection line of 24 streams and pump to tower circulation line of 2 streams are described in detail.In addition,the important difficult aspects,precautions and recommendations in the design of piping layout of adsorption tower are proposed,hopefully to provide a good reference for the engineering of similar units in the future.
