渣油加氢装置长周期运行优化措施及应用

摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院通过采用新型的渣油加氢处理催化剂体系,一方面对渣油加氢系列催化剂的保护剂、脱金属催化剂、脱硫催化剂以及脱氮催化剂进行级配优化调整,另一方面根据装置实际运行情况对装置各反应器的金属容量进行级配设计,使得中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司2.00 Mt/a渣油加氢装置的金属总容积量达到200 t,与对比周期相比提高17%,运行周期延长22%。该装置的实际应用中,加氢常渣硫含量、残炭值和金属含量各项产品指标满足设计要求,能够实现装置运行550 d的目标。工业运行结果表明,各个反应器压力降稳定,容金属量明显提升,优化措施为装置长周期稳定运行提供了技术支撑。

Optimization measures and application of long-term operation of Residue Hydrotreating Unit
Abstract:Through the application of new hydrotreating catalyst system and the optimization of protection additives for catalysts,demetalization catalysts,desulfurization catalysts,denitrogenation catalysts as well as optimization and design of catalysts for each reactor based upon actual operating conditions of the unit,the metal volume of the 2 MM TPY residue hydrotreating unit for SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Company can be as high as 200 tons,which is about 17% higher than that of contrast cycle,and operating period is extended by 22%.In actual unit operation and when the atmospheric residue is processed,the sulfur,carbon residue and metal contents of treated oil all meet the design specifications.The unit can run as long as 550 days.The commercial operation demonstrates that that the pressure drop of each reactor is stable and the metal capacity is obviously improved.The optimization measures have provided a strong technical support for the long-term stable operation of the unit.
