一种新型钢铝连接技术的疲劳耐久性能研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新型钢铝连接技术IW(Intelligence Welding),该技术通过将特制钢钉冲压铆入铝板和特制钢钉与钢板进行点焊两步工艺完成钢板与铝板的连接。为了完善基于连接强度的接头疲劳耐久性能数据,通过疲劳耐久性能试验获取此种钢铝连接技术的接头疲劳耐久性能。结果表明:相同载荷条件下,钢铝IW连接接头的剪切疲劳寿命远高于十字拉伸疲劳耐久寿命。

Abstract:A new technology for the joining between steel and aluminium alloy was introduced.It's called IW(Intelligence Welding)which has been completed by two processes of riveting and welding.In order to improve the joint fatigue durability data based on connection strength,the joint fatigue durability of this steel aluminum connection technology was obtained by fatigue durability test.The results show that the shear fatigue life of steel aluminum IW joint is much higher than that of cross tension fatigue life under the same load condition.
