摘    要:设计一种用于空调风门耐久试验的装置,该装置使用STM32F103RCT6微控制器作为系统控制核心,包含ACS712电流传感器采集电路及全桥驱动电路模块RZ7899。采集电路采集与风门执行电机相连的实时电流,输出电压确定风门的位置情况,反馈控制系统,由驱动电路模块实现风门任意位置的启停,避免耐久试验过程中因风门故障被卡住,电流突然增加而损坏电机的危险;采用电驱RZ7899,基于H桥控制原理,实现电机正反转的功能。

Abstract:A device was designed for durability test of air conditioner damper.The device used STM32F103RCT6 microcontroller as the system control core,included ACS712 current sensor acquisition circuit and full bridge drive circuit module RZ7899.The acquisition circuit collects the real-time current connected to the damper actuator motor,the output voltage determines the position of the damper,the feedback control system,and the drive circuit module realizes the start and stop of the damper at any position,to avoid being stuck due to the damper failure during the durability test,and the current suddenly increase the risk of damage to the motor.Using electric drive RZ7899,through the H-bridge control principle,realize the function of motor forward and reverse.
