基于Autoform的铝制加强件回弹补偿研究与应用

摘    要:回弹是影响模具冲压件尺寸品质的重要因素,会造成零件扭曲、型面超差,装车间隙不合,焊点虚焊等一系列的问题。针对这些问题,提出了一种AF(Autoform)回弹分析方法,介绍了AF在回弹处理中的模拟与验算,并与原始方案进行了对比分析。结果表明:该AF回弹分析方法提高了零件首次样件合格率,大大节约模具制造成本,缩短模具制造周期。

Abstract:Springback is an important factor affecting the size and quality of die stamping parts,which can cause a series of problems such as distortion of parts,out of tolerance of profile,improper loading clearance,welding spot welding and so on.Aiming at these problems,a method of AF(Autoform)springback analysis was put forward,the simulation and checking calculation of AF in springback processing were introduced,and it was compared with the original scheme.The results show that the AF springback analysis method can improve the first sample qualification rate,save the cost of die manufacturing and shorten the period of die manufacturing.
