摘    要:该文阐述了新时期下的"互联网+"概念,并结合小型病险水库除险加固项目的需求将"互联网+"的思想融入其中,介绍了基于微信公众平台开发的动态监管系统的技术方案和功能需求,以及其应用和推广前景。

Abstract:Combined with the requirements of danger elimination and reinforcement for small hazardous reservoirs project, the new period "Internet plus" concept has been expounded and integrated them into one. Besides, technical scheme and functional requirements of the dynamic monitoring system have been introduced based on WeChat public platform, as well as its application and promotion prospects.
