| 摘 要： | 针对首钢特殊钢有限公司引进PAHNKE公司的 10MN锻造液压机组控制系统的改造问题 ,提出了改造的总体思路和范围 ,设计了以PLC系统和工业控制机系统组成现场总线网络来实现控制功能的新型计算机控制系统 ,完成正弦泵控制的液压机组控制系统的国产化改造。

| Abstract: | The general thinking and extension of transformation have been put forward pointed at problems of the imported control system of 10MN hydraulic machine set of forging. A new computer control system of local bus network consisting of PLC and industrial control computer system has been designed with accomplishment of home transformation of such system controlled by sine pump. |
