港口散料码头带式输送机系统的实践

摘    要:针对某公司码头环保提质改造工程带式输送机系统的设计与应用,介绍了某港口新建散料码头的卸船、堆取料及装车工艺。针对带式输送机系统的设计问题分析了该系统的特点及其要求,在设计中分别对带式输送机的带速、带宽、功率、张力计算进行了讨论,分析了拉紧装置的确定。对转载站进行了DEM仿真,采用增大溜槽倾角、降低溜槽衬板磨损和防堵料设计,实际运行表明,设计达到了预期的目的。

Abstract:Taking the design and application of belt conveyor system in a company’s terminal environmental protection upgrading project as an example,the unloading,stacking and loading process of a new bulk terminal in a port are introduced.Considering problems existing in design of belt conveyor systems,characteristics and requirements of the system were analyzed,calculation and design of belt speed,bandwidth,power and tension of belt conveyor were discussed,and selection of tension devices were studied.DEM simulation was carried out for the transfer station,the chute inclination angle was increased,the wear of chute liner was decreased and the anti-blocking material design was adopted.The actual operation showed that the design can deliver expected goals.
