双螺杆压缩机转子的有限元模态分析

摘    要:运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对某公司无油双螺杆压缩机的转子建立有限元模型,并对其进行了模态分析,得出了该压缩机转子的前6阶固有频率和振型。结果显示该螺杆压缩机转子的一阶、二阶临界转速远大于实际工作转速,不会发生共振。通过模态分析为产品的设计和优化提供了理论参考依据。

Abstract:In this paper,ANSYS is used to build the finite element modal for the oil-free double screw compressor rotor in a compa-ny.Then after completing the modal analysis,the first six order natural frequency and mode of vibration can be obtained.It can be seen from the results that the first and the second order critical speed of the rotor is more than the actual working speed,so there won’t be resonance.The modal analysis has provided theoretical basis for products design and prioritization scheme.
