仿生非光滑汽车表面的减阻分析

摘    要:基于计算流体力学数值模拟方法,将非光滑表面应用于汽车。通过仿真实验研究非光滑车身表面气动减阻的可行性,并采用正交试验方法,通过计算汽车的空气阻力系数来分析非光滑单元体的形状、大小,以及分布位置和排列方式对减阻性能的影响,根据分析结果得到了合理且能够减阻的汽车仿生非光滑表面结构。

Abstract:This paper applied non-smooth surface to automobile,and used CFD to research the feasibility of aerodynamic drag reduction on automobile by using bionic non-smooth automobile surface.Furthermore,an orthogonal experiment was designed.By calculating the aerodynamic drag coefficient of automobile,the performances of aerodynamic drag reduction on different bionic non-smooth automobile surface were compared,and the most reasonable bionic non-smooth automobile surface structure was obtained,that is able to reduce aerodynamic drag.
