| 摘 要： | 为评价大坝溃坝造成的社会影响，根据溃坝社会影响的特点及实际操作的需要，建立了溃坝社会影响评价指标体系，拟定了溃坝社会影响等级标准。引入模糊灰色理论，建立了基于模糊灰色理论的溃坝社会影响评价模型，并应用于刘家台水库大坝溃决事件，结果表明该评价方法操作性强，效果较好。 |

| Abstract: | In order to estimate social impact caused by dam-break,assessment index system of dam-break social impact is constructed.The social impact grade criterion of dam-break is drawn up.The assessment model of dam-break social impact based on fuzzy grey method is established.The application of the model to Liujiatai dam-break shows that the model is highly operational with good effect. |
