摘    要:研发了一种适用于现场检测的小型形态分析系统(SA-30),创新性的集成了新型灯内紫外消解处理器与流速可变程序的低压整体柱,能够成功分离As、Se、Hg的形态,并实现流速梯度淋洗和As、Se形态同测;小型的灯内紫外消解装置,消解效率高,无需辅助氧化剂,抗有机溶液和基体的干扰能力强;SA-30装置具有小巧、性能稳定的液相泵及小尺寸蠕动泵,比目前已商品化的SAP-20形态升级模块缩小了50%以上,是完全适合于现场检测的小型便携形态分析仪。采用该装置对富硒保健品进行分析,四种硒形态SeCys、SeMet、Se(IV)、Se(VI)的检出限(DL)分别为0.57、0.59、0.53、0.62μg/L,实际样品测量值与参考值吻合良好,加标回收率在85%-110%之间。

Abstract:Speciation Analyzer (SA-30) based on hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was developed for mercury speciation analysis.The build-in low-pressure monolithic column was employed for As,Se,and Hg speciation separation,as well as As&Se determination simultaneously featured with flow rate gradient through adjustable programming.The system was also equipped with minimized in-line UV pretreatment system,in which the organic components could be digested efficiently without additional oxidization reagent.With a strong organic reagent and matrix elimination ability, the LC-AFS speciation was efficienter than many other techniques.Fabricated with minimized and reliable peristaltic and HPLC pumps,the instrument was compact and robust,which is only the half of the total volume of a conventional SAP-20 speciation analysis system.SA-30 was a portable in-field speciation analyzer.Under the optimistic condition,the robust system has achieved a detection limits (DL) of four selenium species SeCys,SeMet,Se(IV),Se(VI) were 0.17,0.24,0.19,0.28,0.62μg/L with RSD less than 3%,a linear correlation coefficient was larger than 0.999,and matrix spiked recovery was in the range of 85%-110% for arsenic speciation determination.The final results for selenium speciation were accordance with the reference value.
