酸轧机组轴线的检测与分析

摘    要:针对冷轧钢厂酸轧机组的检测问题,研究了轴线的精密检测方法,研究了计算酸轧机机架中心坐标的相交线法和最小二乘拟合圆法,并在固定斜率的条件下计算出酸轧机组机架中心的拟合直线,最终获得每个机架中心与轴线的偏距。研究和计算后发现,采用最小二乘拟合圆法计算酸轧机组机架中心的坐标,能更好地反映酸轧机每个机架中心的实际偏移量。

Abstract:In order to detect the axis of the Cold Roll Pickling Line (CRPL) in the rolling mill, we studied the method of detecting the axis of CRPL and the two methods of calculating the coordinate values of the CRPL-Intersecting line method and the method of least squares fitting circle, and we can calculate the fitting-line under the conditions of fixed slope. Ultimately, the values of the axis offset of each CRPL indicate that the least-squares-fitting method can better reflect the actual offset of CRPL.
