摘    要:混合励磁同步电机综合了永磁电机和电励磁电机的优点,具有显著的宽调速特征。该文根据混合励磁同步电机的结构特点,结合空间电压矢量控制,提出了混合励磁电机的一种宽调速控制新方法。该控制方法在分区控制的基础上,低速区结合电机铜耗最小原理,高速区保持反电势q轴分量恒定,对不同运行区域分别采用不同的控制策略,使电机在整个运行区间都能表现出良好的性能。由于在高速区采用了励磁电流和d轴电流弱磁相结合的方式,使用该类调速系统比现有文献单纯采用励磁电流弱磁调速具有更宽的调速范围。实验表明,所设计的混合励磁同步电机宽调速系统,在低速区增磁运行时,通过调节励磁可以将转矩输出能力提高约1/3;高速区弱磁运行时,可将最高转速提升约1.5倍。

Abstract:A hybrid excitation synchronous motor(HESM) has a significant feature of wide speed-range operation due to the combining of advantages of permanent magnet and electrical excitation motors.This paper proposes a novel wide speed-range stage control method based on the analysis of the field-control capability of HESM and the SVPWM control method.Independent control strategies in different speed ranges are employed,which makes the HESM have good performances in the whole speed range by minimizing the total winding copper loss in a low-speed range and keeping the q-axis component of the back EMF invariable in a high-speed range.Since an excitation current and a d-axis current are applied simultaneously for speed adjusting in the high-speed range,the HESM with the proposed speed adjusting system has a wider speed range than the ones merely employing excitation current for field weakened.The experimental results show that the electromagnetic torque increases about 1/3 in low-speed range by adjusting the excitation and the maximum-speed increases about 150% in high-speed range with the proposed control method.
