摘    要:针对现有高山单板滑雪基础设施不完善、起步较晚的现状,设计一款新型滑雪运动员平衡训练器,为雪陆相给合的训练方式提供训练器材。所设计的滑雪运动员平衡训练器具有操作简单、可靠、安全性和准确性强等的优点,可以实现绕X轴±15°摆动、绕Y轴360°转动、绕Z轴±30°摆动。通过在该平衡训练器上的训练,可使运动员克服由于训练器角度变化而带来的对身体平衡的破坏力,提高运动员在运动中的身体平衡能力以及对雪板板刃的控制能力。另外,对所设计的平衡训练器关键传动零件—传动轴进行有限元分析,其最大应力为186MPa,最小安全系数为3.36,满足使用要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the current situation of imperfect infrastructure and late start of alpine snowboarding, a new type of balance training device for skiers was designed to provide training equipment for the combination of snow and land. The device has the characteristics of simple operation, reliability, safety and accuracy. It can realize ± 15 ° swing around X axis, 360 ° swing around Y axis and ± 30 ° swing around Z axis. The strength of the athletes' muscle groups can be strengthened, the destructive force on the body balance caused by the change of the angle can be overcome, and the athletes' body balance ability and the control ability for the skis blade can be improved through the training on the balance train device. In addition, the finite element analysis of the transmission shaft, which is the key transmission part of the balance training device, showed that the maximum stress was 186MPa and the minimum safety factor was 3.36, which meet the use requirements.
