摘    要:介绍了高炉煤气-蒸汽联合循环机组蒸汽轮机自动同步离合器装置基本结构及原理,通过离合器位移传感器信号组合定义了离合器的位置状态,并对联合循环机组不同运行模式间在线切换过程和离合器控制技术进行了阐述,可为后续类似联合循环机组运行模式切换控制策略提供参考。

Abstract:It Introduced the basic structure and principle of synchro-self-shifting clutch of steam turbine,and defined the accurate position of the clutch through the combination of the clutch displacement sensor signals.It was described the combined cycle unit different operating mode online switch process and clutch control method.It can be used as the similar combined cycle unit operation mode switch process for control strategy reference.
