梳棉机和精梳机梳理元件的改进效果

摘    要:研究梳棉机和精梳机梳理元件的改进效果。在A186F型梳棉机上加装固定分梳盖板后,C 14.6tex纱线质量有所提高,与改造前比,成纱条干CV下降0.54个百分点,千米粗节减少了30个,千米棉结减少了71个。在FA251C型精梳机上使用加密锡林和密型顶梳,并对CJ 14.6 tex纱进行了正交试验。表明:A186F型梳棉机和FA251C型精梳机的分梳元件经改造后,CJ 14.6 tex成纱各项数据指标较好。分梳元件改造前后对成纱强力影响不大,对提高精梳成纱质量水平具有显著作用。
