太钢烧结主抽风机转速的智能控制

摘    要: 主抽风机采用变频技术后,为了通过调整主抽风机转速实现烧结过程稳定的目的,研究了主抽风机转速、烧结风量、烧结机速和垂直烧结速度之间相关关系,开发了以垂直烧结速度为判据的主抽风机转速自动控制系统。太钢烧结机应用该技术后,过程垂直烧结速度稳定性大幅提高,保证了烧结终点持续稳定在倒数第2个风箱范围内,终点稳定率为98.1%,比人工控制提高35.5%,烧结返矿率比人工控制降低3.46%。同时,该技术更好地发挥了主抽风机变频的优势,主抽电耗进一步降低,较工频运行时节省电能28.6%。

Abstract:The relationships among rotation speed of main exhaust fan, air volume, sintering machine speed and FFS (front flame speed) was analyzed and the sinter production process was stabilized by adjusting the rotation speed of new adapted converter controlled main exhaust fan. A FFS-based automatic control system for rotation speed of main exhaust fan was developed. The stability of FFS was remarkably improved and burn-through point (BTP) was stabilized at the penultimate wind box. Under the assistance of this system in the sintering plant of TISCO, the stability rate of BTP in the penultimate wind box is up to 98.1%, which is 35.5% higher than manual control, while the rate of return fine was reduced by 3.46%. The advantage of the converter controlled main fan can be enhanced by the system. The power consumption of the main exhaust fan can be reduced by 28.6%, comparing to power frequency running.
