| 摘 要： | 在阐述油气集输加热工艺用热媒的类型和应用特性的基础上,对乙二醇水溶液的防冻特性与腐蚀抑制和添加剂对乙二醇水溶液的池沸腾传热强化进行了分析。乙二醇水溶液具有良好的工艺特性,对工艺系统低温条件下的运行具有重要的安全保障。加入添加剂的乙二醇水溶液具有强化池沸腾传热的效果,能够促进了工艺设备技术、性能的提升。

| Abstract: | Base on the application of heat medium for heating process in oil-gas gathering and transportation.Water and steam,organic heat transfer material(heat conduction oil, heat transfer oil)are main heating medium.The antifreeze properties and corossion inhibition for metal, pool boiling heat transfer enhancement of additives to glycol solution have been analyzed.Because of superiority for glycol-water solution,it has important security for the run of the process system under lower temperature.Additive to glycol solution has the effect of enhanced pool boiling heat transfer,this greatly contributed to the technology and performance enhancement for process equipment. |
