| 摘 要： | 分析某轴承钢管企业生产工艺及设备诸多问题,提出小直径GCr15轴承钢管生产及设备改进方案.实践应用表明,改进后的新工艺、新设备及新技术可使小直径轴承钢管产量提高2倍,且具有生产装备简单、流程短、占地面积小、成材率高、生产成本低、环保、污染小等特点.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the existing problems of production process and equipment,puts forward an improvement project of the small-sized GCr15 bearing steel tube production and equipment.Practice shows that improved new technology,new equipment and new technology can make the production of the small-sized bearing steel tube increase by two times.And it has some advantages including simple production equipment,short flow,small occupation area,high yield,low production cost,less environmental pollution,etc. |
