钻井液压力波传输过程压力脉动问题研究

摘    要:采用波动模拟法研究钻井液压力波传输过程的压力脉动问题,给出压力波在钻井液管道特别是弹性异径管——水龙带内传输时压力脉动振幅的计算模型.实例计算证明,压力波传输过程中压力脉动分布情况随管段长度和假想管路端位置变化而变化,且压力波速的急剧降低以及异径点处的能量损失是导致压力波信号经过水龙带后检测质量下降的主要原因之一.最后给出压力波传输过程中传感器设置的具体优化措施.

Abstract:The research of pressure pulsation in mud pulse transmitting is done by using wave method,and the model is set up for calculating the amplitude of pressure pulsation when pressure wave transmits in drilling-fluid channel especially drilling hose which is flexible pipe with different inside diameter.Results of a calculation example show that the pressure pulsation distribution changes with length of pipe and position of fictitious terminal,and the decrease of wave speed and the energy loss in diameter changed point is the main reason for reduction of pulse signal testing quality level after pressure wave passed drilling hose.According to these results,we can get the specific optimizing measures for setting up of pressure sensors in transmitting of pressure wave.
