柴油车尾气净化用负载型催化材料及性能研究

摘    要:针对柴油车尾气排放特点,采用DOC与CDPF集成的结构形式,设计了一种柴油车四效催化转换装置,并对其性能进行了表征。采用N2吸附法、XRD、DTA等手段对催化剂涂层比表面积、物相结构、热稳定性等进行了测试评价,研究了阳离子表面活性剂、无机触变剂等添加剂对涂层性能的影响。模拟柴油车尾气排放成分,采用FGA-4100(5G)型汽车尾气排气分析仪对催化材料的净化效果进行了测试,结果表明HC、CO、颗粒物净化率〉90%,NO净化率〉60%。
