| 摘 要： | 为了保障钻井平台用ASTM 4130管线钢管的安全运行,研究满足规范要求并符合现场工况的焊接工艺,通过对管材焊接性能分析,制定出与之相匹配的焊接工艺,并进行了焊接工艺评定试验。试验结果显示,ASTM 4130管线钢管试样的各项力学性能试验结果均符合评定标准要求,表明研究制定的焊接工艺规范合理,能够满足严苛的标准和现场工况要求,保证了ASTM 4130管线钢管的顺利生产和安全运行。

| Abstract: | In order to guarantee safe operation of drilling platform ASTM 4130 line pipe,it studied the welding process,which can meet the specification requirements and conform to the site condition.Through the analysis of pipe material welding performance,successfully formulated the matched welding process specification,and the welding procedure qualification test was carried out with this specification.The test results indicated that the various physical and chemical test results conforms to the requirements of the evaluation criteria,showed that the formulated welding process qualification is reasonable,which can meet the severe standard and site condition requirement,ensure the smooth production and safe operation of ASTM 4130 line pipe. |
