MCGS在电梯监控系统中的应用研究

稳定与安全运行是评价电梯性能的重要依据，针对提高电梯的安全运行，设计一种基于MCGS组态软件的电梯实时运行的应用监控方案。该方案通过RS485／RS232通信接口采集到PLC控制的模拟电梯的实时运行数据，采用MCGS组态软件设计电梯的现场监控系统，通过整体的设计和动画效果的显示，实现现场设备的实时监视、远程控制和报警功能。对电梯控制及工业现场监控的进一步研究有着积极的意义。

Application of Elevator Monitoring System by MCGS

The stability and safe operation are important basises for the elevator. This paper aims to improve the safe op- eration for elevator,and it design a real--time application monitoring of the elevator program based on MCGS configuration software. It collects run--time data by the RS485/RS232 communication interface from the elevator. The elevator monitor system is designed by MCGS configuration software. Through whole design and animation effect demonstration, real--time monitor, long--distance control and alarm function for the spot equipment are carried out, this technique is significant to the more research on elevator control and industry spot monitor.
