| 摘 要： | 对高职院校国贸类专业师资队伍建设的现状进行分析,剖析其存在的问题,建议加大力度培养校内专职教师、建立国贸类专业兼职教师资源库、提高教师整体技能水平;通过加强校企深度合作、多方面拓宽引进专业技术人才等途径,努力建设国贸类专业师资队伍,不断提高高职院校国贸类专业教学水平.

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the current situation of teaching staff construction of international trade major in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the existing problems and advises that we should exert greater efforts to cultivate full-time teachers,establish part-time teachers＇ resource database and improve holistic skill level of teachers.Meanwhile,we should establish teaching staff and improve the teaching level of international trade major in higher vocational colleges through strengthening deep cooperation between school and enterprise and importing professional and technical personnel from various aspects. |
