| 摘 要： | 针对工资增长规律和Logistic模型的特点和适用性,利用Maple软件预测出了从2011年至2035年山东省职工的年平均工资,并计算出了山东省某企业职工在各种情况下的养老金替代率及职工缴存的养老保险基金与领取的养老金之间达到收支平衡时其领取养老金的年限.

| Abstract: | According to the salary increase rule,the characteristics and applicability of the logistic model,Maple software is applied to predict the average salary of workers in Shandong province from 2011 to 2035 year.The replacement rate of pension of workers in an enterprise in all cases and paid workers endowment insurance fund,the old-age pension balance between the pension age is caculated. |
