摘    要:
介绍了基于西门子S7系列PLC和工业控制计算机的高炉槽下供配料过程控制系统。采用组态软件WINCC及VB编程对生产过程进行动态监视和管理,实现了供配料系统工艺设备的逻辑联锁与脉冲计量控制,解决了自动选仓换仓及自动精确配料问题,实际应用效果良好。

Abstract:
This paper mainly introduced the process control system of blending and feeding for blast furnace based on Siemens S7 series PLC and industry PC. Configuration software WinCC6.0 and Visual Basic6.0 were used to monitor and manage process data. Development environment for basic automation system that used to realize logical interlocks and pulse measurement is Siemens Step 7 V5.2. The way how to choose and exchange hopper automatically and automatic precise blending could meet the desire of process control system.
