在油-气两相流状态下柴油机喷油系统中压力波传播速度的研究

摘    要:本文通过在喷油泵试验台上测定高压油路实际压力波传播速度,论述了在油一气两相状态下,柴油机喷油系统中高压油管和喷油嘴油道内音速的变化规律,并指出造成高压油路各段音速不同的原因是高压油路内气泡分布的不均匀性。特别值得注意的是,喷油嘴油道内平均音速明显低于高压油管中的音速,这说明喷油嘴盛油槽内的气泡要多于高压油管中的气泡。

Abstract:The propagation velocity of pressure wave in diesel injection pipe and nozzle holder has been measured on an injection pump test stand.The authors have further studied the regularity ofsound velocity under condition of oil-gas two-phase now in diesel fuel injection system and alsopointed out that the reason of difference of sound velocity of different sections of the oil deliveryway of diesel fuel injection system is the non-homogeneous distribution of cavitation. In particular,the sound velocity of the nozzle holder is obviously lower than that of the pipe. It means thatthe gas quantity in the nozzle holder is more than that in the pipe.
