| 摘 要： | 进行了煤矿应用系统远程技术支持服务平台的需求分析,介绍了该平台的关键技术,阐述了该平台4大模块即系统管理模块、技术人员管理模块、客服管理模块及远程协助模块的结构功能设计。实际应用表明,该平台能够有效、快速地解决煤矿应用系统使用过程中遇到的问题,降低了技术支持工作强度,节约了技术支持工作成本,提高了技术支持工作效率。
