分布控制系统的容错配置设计

摘    要:分布控制系统的容错配置设计是在Galois域增加冗余控制器.可编程控制器的扩充状态变量经网络送给冗余控制器.该控制器在设定时间产生奇偶校验码,通过布尔函数逻辑运算转换成Galois域函数运算,检验其输出是否满足奇偶校验条件以判断是否存在故障.以物料抓送系统的冗余控制为例,对冗余结点的输出进行检测、用估计输出取代故障控制器的输出使其功能恢复,实现系统的自诊断.

Abstract:The tolerant design of distributed control system control system is that an additional redundant controller is added in Galois field. Extended state variables of the programmable controllers are sent to the redundant controller by network. The redundant controller produces odd and even check code in setup time. After odd and even check code is calculated with Boolean function calculation, it is transformed into of Galois field. If the output of controller can satisfy odd and even check condition is checked with the function calculation to decide it exist fault or not. Taking redundant control of materiel grasp and sending system as an example, output of redundant node was tested, output of fault controller was replaced by estimate output to renew function of controller, and realize self-diagnosis of the system.
