摘    要:介绍了一种实用新型干红葡萄酒发酵罐 ,利用这种发酵罐进行葡萄酒发酵 ,可以避免在发酵过程当中 ,浮在液面上的葡萄皮长期与空气接触而变质发霉 ,最终导致葡萄酒的质量大大降低。同时 ,将葡萄皮完全压在筛板下并浸泡在葡萄汁当中 ,可使葡萄皮的色素和色香得到充分浸泡 ,使酿成的干红葡萄酒色美味醇

Abstract:A utility modcl fermentor with a sicve plate for dry red wine,introdueed in this article,may avoid aherationg and going moldy of grape's peels tloating on the surface of juice and contacting the air for long-term which will affeel the quality of tho wino.Meanwhile,the coloring matters and fragrance can be socked out to the most extent when the grape's peels are fully keeped under the sieve plate and diped in the grape's juice,which will make the beautiful color and good taste available for the dry red winc.
