电泵优化设计软件的改进与应用

摘    要:
电泵采油是胜利油区仅次于有杆泵采油的第二大采油方式。电泵井优化设计软件为正确选择电泵机组,使电泵井发挥最大生产能力起到了重要作用。但随着应用实例的增多,在两种情况下计算结果出现了一些异常现象。通过分析,找出了出现这些问题的原因,并进一步修改完善了优化设计软件。改进后的电泵优化设计软件的计算结果更加合理可靠。

Abstract:
The oil producing method with electric pump is the second common method in use less than rod pumping in Shengli petroliferous province. The optimizing design software for electric pump plays an important role in correctly selecting the electric pump subassembly and maximizing the oil productivity for a well. Abnormal results appear in two conditions along with the increase of the software application. The causes are found out by analysis. The optimizing design software is modified and improved further, the modified software are more reasonable on calculation.
