硫化铅锌矿除砷的研究

摘    要:毒砂与方铅矿、闪锌矿紧密共生,可浮性相近,致使铅锌精矿含砷过高,造成产品销售困难.本研究主要采用高碱法、氧化法和选择性调整剂进行方铅矿与毒砂分选试验、闪锌矿与毒砂分选试验、实现了毒砂与铅锌矿的分选.并通过矿物表面动电位的测定药剂吸附量测定和红外光谱分析,进行了药剂与矿物表面作用机理的探讨.

Abstract:The arsenopyrite combines closely with the galena and the sphalerite and their float tability is alike,which makes the fine product contain too much arsenopyrite so that it is difficult to sell.Our study makes is possible to separate the arsenopyrite from the galena and from the sphalenite by using high pH values,oxidation and selectivity regul iators.the reaction mechnismof reagent molecules on the surface of the mineral is rese earched by means of measuring surface electrokinecties potential data of the mineral and measuring the quantity of reagent adsorption on the surface of the mineral and the in- frared spectrum analysis.
